Winder Health Care and Rehab is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing quality care. By providing a loving and supportive environment, we strive to meet the needs of each resident with respect and compassion.
Our mission is to deliver quality care to our residents by offering a full range of services including: individualized care plans, 24-hour skilled nursing care, multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs, and customized social support and activities.

Winder Health Care and Rehab is a 163 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Winder, Georgia. If you or your loved one is interested in visiting our facility, we always welcome you to stop by for a tour. You can also contact our Admissions Coordinator 770-867-2108 ext. 103.
Rehab services
The purpose of rehabilitation is to restore some or all of the patient's physical, sensory, and mental capabilities that were lost due to injury, illness, or disease. Rehabilitation includes assisting the patient to compensate for deficits that cannot be reversed medically. It is prescribed after many types of injury, illness, or disease, including amputations, arthritis, cancer, cardiac disease, neurological problems, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and traumatic brain injuries.
Skilled Nursing
Services Available:
Pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology services
Palliative and Hospice Care. We provide palliative and hospice services through our contracted hospice company, Compassus.
Wound Care. We have a full time certified wound care nurse along with our contracted wound care physician who is on-site weekly. We have been certified as a Vohra Center of Excellence for Wound Management. View press release.
